Pastor Ledford was born in Cookeville TN September 12, 1994 to Daniel and Michelle Ledford. At the age of four his father accepted the pastorate of Grace Baptist Church of Mt. Vernon TX. It was there that Haden Ledford made a profession of faith at the age of five, he understood that Jesus was God and that He died for the sins of the world but did not fully comprehend that it was his own sin that needed payment. He went on in life until he was ten years old May 7, 2005 when God convicted him that he was lost. That night he went to his parents room and told them if he died he would not go to heaven. His dad spoke to him and he asked Jesus Christ to come into his heart and save him, it was then that he had full faith and trust in Jesus Christ for his salvation.

At the age of thirteen Haden Ledford surrendered to the call to preach. He began to teach occasional Sunday school, Jr. Church, Nursing home, and youth services in his Church. He became involved in every ministry possible in his Dad’s Church. At the age of fourteen God called the Ledford family to Fredericksburg VA. For five and a half years Haden Ledford served in Crossroads Baptist Church under his Dad’s Pastorate. During that time he graduated high school in 2011 and began bible training starting with Virginia Baptist College, Baptist College of America, and receiving his certificate of completion from Faith Bible Institute. He has continued his learning and education through personal study, reading books, and listening to teaching.

In 2014 Haden Ledford moved to Royse City TX to assist the new Church plant his Dad was called to Pastor. There he served as Music Director, Sunday School Teacher, Youth Director, and Pulpit Reserve. It was during the next nine years that Haden Ledford got most of his hands on experience. While serving the Church he was also involved and part owner of the Family Business AWT Sanitations. Through those nine years God used both the Church and managing the Business to teach him how to budget his time and lead people.

In August of 2023 God called our Pastor to move to Midland TX to help our Church and then Pastor John Grabanski. God allowed the family business to sell and all the positions he served in at his Dad’s Church were filled by other members. It was here at Temple Baptist Church that Pastor T. Haden Ledford was Ordained to Pastor and when Brother Grabanski resigned in October 2024 Pastor Ledford was asked to step into interim Pastor and he accepted. December 15 2024 Pastor Ledford was voted in as Pastor of the Temple Baptist Church in Midland Texas.
